Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Business Analyst with expertise in FICO Finance or Controlling implementation for the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience and a deep understanding of SAP systems and healthcare business processes.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications in SAP FICO will be a plus. Minimum of 6 years of experience as a SAP Business Analyst, specifically in FICO Finance or Controlling implementation projects within the healthcare domain. Strong knowledge of healthcare business processes and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH). In-depth understanding of SAP FICO modules, including financial accounting (FI), general ledger (GL), cost center accounting (CCA), and profitability analysis (CO-PA). Proven experience in configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules to align with business requirements. Familiarity with integration aspects of SAP FICO with other modules such as MM, SD, and HR. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during implementation and post-implementation phases. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting project deadlines.
