RPA Developer Onsite-State Street Albany, NY 12 months NYS Office of State Comptroller (OSC) Description: Experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) developer to lead implementing a structured SDLC methodology for an RPA Development Team; provide experienced advice and training to RPA developers; develop complex automations and serve as an automation architect to design reusable and efficient automations. Required: UiPath Tools, Business Analysis doing business process assessment for fit to RPA, 60 Months Experience in RPA Tool doing RPA Development, Set Up and Configurations 60 Months Experience working with UiPath Tools 60 Months Experience writing Technical Documentation 48 Months Experience in Business Analysis doing business process assessment for fit to RPA Daily task: Work under the guidance of the RPA Program Manager and Supervisor. Following RPA industry best practices, help OSC establish RPA Center of Excellence (COE). Participate in the RPA Operating Model review and refinement meetings and discussions and advise on how current processes and standards can be improved. Collaborate with other members of the RPA Program and advise them on RPA methodologies, practices and activities. Help the RPA Team establish robust RPA Security Model. Participate in RPA ideation sessions, evaluation, and selection of automation ideas and provide input on the processes and criteria. Evaluate business processes and analyze business requirements to assess feasibility, impact, and/or implications. Guide development of RPA designs that are scalable and meet business requirements. Assist OSC RPA developers with building out their libraries and reusable components. Develop Robotic Processes Automation (RPA) programs to replace manual tasks and streamline business functions. Prepare documentation associated with implementation of new automations. Perform quality assurance checks and post implementation reviews. Collaborate and/or share knowledge with other staff by actively involving them in troubleshooting tasks and providing input.
