Support B2B Business Unit in execution of mobile, SaaS platform, AI, and IoT solution initiatives. Provide technology thought leadership to customers and partners. Articulate technical concepts to all audiences, including C-level executives and customers. Oversee complex technical discussions with customers for both pre-sales and post-sales support related to SDS products Identify key growth opportunities leveraging the B2B Team's core technical capabilities. Foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, innovation, and collaboration Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required. 8+ years in cloud and/or mobile technologies and a deep knowledge of enterprise IT solution architectures. Deep expertise in software / SaaS solutions, mobile technologies, and related technologies. Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including platform capabilities, integrations, and customizations. Ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple and understandable manner. Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to build clear observations, analysis and conclusions based on customer interviews and data. Experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow per client requirements. Excellent customer relationship management skills, including effective oral and written communications.
