REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 3 or more years of experience in Information Systems or Information Technology Prior experience with ServiceNow products such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SECOPS, ITBM, and GRC Proficiency with scripting languages such as JavaScript, XML, or JSON As a Senior ServiceNow Engineer (known internally as ServiceNow Systems Engineer ), you will provide day-to-day operations and support for our ServiceNow platform. You will have responsibilities similar to that of a ServiceNow Administrator, but will also perform design and development work. To be successful as a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will need to leverage your knowledge of best practices and stay up to date on the latest ServiceNow features. You will analyze and recommend updates and opportunities to implement new features. Furthermore, you will prepare and maintain technical documentation as needed. Being willing to take ownership of technical scope and being comfortable advising on direction and prioritization will also be required of you in this role.
