Experience in managing sourcing vendors, deliverables, and service delivery outcomes. Experience in managing SLA/service delivery metrics. Experience in managing interface development and package implementations, as well as enhancements and configurations to newly implemented applications. Experience in Incident and Problem management, as well as Change Request and Service Request processes.
