Job Description: The purpose of this position is to design, develop, and manage the technical aspects of the disease surveillance electronic data exchange infrastructure for the Iowa Department of Public Health. In the event technical assistance staff augments the existing IDPH team, this role also oversees the development work performed by the augmented technical assistance staff.
