Develop and enforce privileged access policies, procedures, and standards to ensure adherence to security best practices and regulatory requirements. Manage and secure privileged accounts, including the creation, provisioning, and decommissioning of accounts, as well as periodic access reviews and recertification processes. Monitor and analyze privileged account activities, identifying any suspicious or unauthorized actions and promptly initiating appropriate incident response measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PAM capabilities into existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless and secure privileged access across the organization. Required Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CyberArk Defender Certified or CyberArk Sentry Certified) are a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 6+ years of relevant information security experience. Experience in PAM and Secret Management (Application Identity Management). Experience in Managing CyberArk Password Vault, CPM, PVWA, CCP, CP, and PSM. Experience in PSM components. Experience in onboarding Local Accounts, Domain Accounts, Database Accounts, Windows, Linux, Web Application, Cloud workloads, Virtual Infrastructure, Firewall, and Routers. Knowledge and experience of CyberArk PAM and Secret Management. Experience of managing CyberArk in HA and DR. Experience onboarding Active Directory.
