Instant Clone Golden Image Patching. Group Policy and VMware DEM Management. Create application package in App Volumes and troubleshoot issues. Work on daily incidents and top call drivers, identify root cause for complex issues and apply countermeasures. On Call support during VDI outages. Handle escalations. Create documentation. Recommend best practices and Identity automation opportunities. Designing, Sizing, Capacity Management, work on POC of New VDI Environments. Must-Have Good Understanding of Multi Site HA Non-Persistent VDI Environments. Working concept of Load balancer with respect to VDI. Strong trouble shooting skills.
