Assure quality, security and compliance for supported systems and applications. Serve as a technical resource in finding software solutions. Review and evaluate user needs and determine requirements. Provide technical support, advice, and consultation with the issues relating to supported applications. Create test data and conduct interfaces and unit tests. Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices. Understand and participate to ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives. Conduct research and resolve problems in relation to processes and recommend solutions and process improvements. Assist other individuals in advanced software development. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Required Qualifications: 4 plus years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. 5 plus years of application development & implementation experience 2 plus years of Test-Driven Development, Unit Testing Frameworks experience Demonstrated knowledge of C# .NET, JavaScript, Typescript, html and CSS which candidate yourself used in developing web-based applications and console applications Fully proficient using Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code for application development and debugging Azure DevOps/GIT/GitHub experience Competency writing Power and SharePoint PnP scripts Possesses expert knowledge of SharePoint 2013/2016 and SharePoint Online including the ability to design, develop, implement, and maintain custom pages, webparts, lists, forms, and views. Solutions may require some level of custom code development using HTML, JavaScript, or similar languages. Understanding of SharePoint farm architecture, services, features, site design, and best practices. Experience using the M365 Power Platform Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI Skills: Azure Devops: 2 to 4 Years C#, NET, SQL, VisualBasic: 4 to 6 Years CI/CD: 2 to 4 Years HTML: 2 to 4 Years JavaScript: 2 to 4 Years Microsoft SharePoint: 6 Plus Years Additional Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 5 plus years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS Familiarity and experience working in Agile projects, Kanban or Scrum Ability to demonstrate and help others in how to build assets using the Power Platform and SPFX Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST, Angular, React, and other libraries above.
