Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate identity and access management processing and to improve the AE SailPoint solution. Works with the SailPoint platform to document current state of implementation and document desired requirements for improvements Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures. Identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program. Reviews system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS : Business Analyst experience such as requirements gathering and working with diverse IT teams to document operational procedures Ability to articulate and understand technical architecture of integrating identity management, access management and access governance software with infrastructure and applications Experience with Identity management concepts such as: single sign-on (SSO), data management, identity federation, enterprise directory architecture and design, including directory schema, directory services, namespace and replication topology experience, resource provisioning, and process integration. Experience with role-based access control, access request and certification, user life cycle management processes, and organizational change management.
