Must have: o SAP Global ATP: availability check, CTP scenarios, Production Allocation, RBA (rules-based ATP) o Production Planning and Detail Scheduling (PP/DS) o Planned Orders and Production Orders o Standard and Custom Heuristics o Production Plans (MRP) o Capacity Plans o Demand Planning, Planning areas, CVC, Process Chains o Master data (routings, BOMs, production version, configurable materials) o Interfaces using iDocs, Production Appointments Document system specifications, functional requirements, testing and solutions as needed. Responsible for meeting Service Level Agreements established with the client. Uses in-depth business knowledge, and package expertise to effectively provide quality issue resolution to achieve Client expected business results. Communicates effectively with the Project Manager/Service Delivery manager on a frequent basis. Must have Customer centric mindset, autonomous and self-driven, multi-tasker.
