The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft systems, with the ability to configure and manage the system to support our organization's goals. Responsibilities: Lead the administration and optimization of our PeopleSoft applications, including ensuring system stability, performance, and ongoing operations. Provide technical leadership to the PeopleSoft Administration team, guiding them on best practices, processes, and standards. Configure PeopleSoft Payroll functionality to ensure minimal to no downtime. Identify opportunities to centralize data and processes within the PeopleSoft HCM platform, reducing reliance on external systems and spreadsheets. Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to understand and interpret their business needs, translating them into system and process improvements. Implement comprehensive paystub and direct deposit advice templates to enhance the clarity of pay statements. Collaborate with the HR and Payroll departments to define processes and set actionable, traceable KPIs. Ensure the proper functioning of the PeopleSoft application support structure, collaborating with PeopleSoft professionals to manage and maintain the optimized solution. Preferred: PeopleSoft Certification. Experience in the education sector. Working conditions: The PeopleSoft Lead Administrator will collaborate with other teams across the organization.
