Work on multiple projects including development and management of project documentation, creating and maintaining plans, iteration planning, tracking and escalating risks/issues, and creating and presenting high-level project readouts for the management team and collaborating with other related project teams. Maintain weekly status reports and coordinate upcoming activities with application teams. Strong working knowledge with various software programs, including but not limited to Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides), Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), and Azure DevOps. Typical Activities Include: Maintain log of PTO & coverage plans for all project members. Maintain consolidated issues, risk, and decision logs. Support coordination of overall project status report. Coordinate team logistics. Maintain the knowledge database for the overall team. Serve as the central hub of communication. Develop templates, procedures, and standards to align all teams within the program and manage adherence to best practices and standards. Help prepare for and facilitate status, team, leadership, and advisory meetings. Support Agile Development activities using Azure DevOps. Help ensure Program and Projects Adhere to Client PMO Processes and Reporting Requirements Support PMO Leadership as necessary. Relevant Skills Project Management and Agile Development Skills: Traditional Project Management along with Hands-on with Agile Principles. Experience in following SCRUM, SAFe and relevant certifications preferred. Experience with agile methodology, planning, integration, test/validation, deployment pipelines using the AZURE DevOps tools. Experience across entire SDLC, CI/CD tools, with configuration & release management, deployments, and troubleshooting. Experience with Project Online (PWA), Azure DevOps tools like Boards, Test Plans, Repos, Pipelines etc. Expertise in ADO Work Items, Process Templates, Build Scripts, Areas, and Iterations. Technical Skills: o Knowledge of industry-standard communication protocols and tools. o Experience with data analysis and reporting tools for communication systems. o Familiarity with security measures and best practices for safeguarding communication systems. Communication Skills: o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. o Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. o Experience in creating reports, presentations, and documentation related to communication systems. o Experience creating presentation decks from a Program and OCM perspective. Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills: o Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. o Ability to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective communication strategies. o Work effectively in a team environment and foster positive working relationships. Attention to Detail: o Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analyzing and interpreting data. o Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in communication technology. o Stay updated with advancements in communication systems and tools. Type of Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university At least three (3) years of experience in implementing cross-functional ERP systems, preferred. CAPM or PMP and Scrum Master Certification strongly preferred. Recent experience working on an ERP Project in the project coordinator role implementing Oracle or SAP ERP Financials and HCM Cloud project.
