Project Overview: As a member of the Cloud team, we are looking for a DevSecOps and security specialist to help the team implement and automate security by design model for the platform. Top skill sets required for this role: Experience of implementing DevSecOps in CI/CD, Very good knowledge and experience about security principles, best practices and consequences, Comfortable to teach to other as of pairing and CoP, Good knowledge / experience with security related tools, mostly recent ones with pipelines support. Responsibilities: Candidate will integrate a large Digital Factory (more than 100 Scrums, POs, developers, QAs, DevOps specialists) Working within the Cloud team and in relationship with backend/frontend architects, lead developers and SRE team your objective will be first to improve the existing CICD to implement security first practices and generally other practices encouraging security by design. Candidate will work on adoption of best practices across all teams through CoP ways of working and pairing, you will also understand team objectives and advise them of the impact of security on them (make them sensible, but also understand if there are blockers and how to help them to fix them quickly). Candidate will provide KPIs and reporting to present the outcomes of the DevSecOps implementation and how the rollout of a DevSecOps can reduce overall risks with regards to security breaches.
