ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Required Experience: 8-10 years End-to-end technical ownership Lead a team of technical resources and collaborate with technical leads and developers from other teams. Understand business needs and design appropriate technical solutions to meet those needs. Provide planning, estimation, scheduling, prioritization, and coordination of technical activities related to system development. Ensure system alignment to Enterprise Architecture policies and best practices; ensure that process methodologies are followed in system development. Accountable to business and technology management for end-to-end application scoping, planning, development and delivery that meets and exceeds quality standards. Manage day to day technical challenges and communicate to project manager any risks or issues associated with the development activities. Mentor development team and perform development as full stack developer (Frontend and backend). Deliver same number of development stories as other developers in the team. REQUIRED SKILLS: Hands-on experience is a must. End-to-end technical ownership, coordinating with different technical roles. Fluent in Advice tech stack Strong understanding of software architecture concepts in building a variety of applications, including web sites, web services, and batch processing systems. Champion of Agile software development methodologies. Champion of unit testing, test driven development and other forms of automated testing. Strong understanding of advanced software development concepts such object-oriented design and development, multi-threading, thread safety, exception handling and logging, asyncronous operations, etc. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Passionate about technology and solving problems with technology TECHNOLOGIES MUST: Java, J2EE JDK 8 or JDK 11 Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Boot and Spring Batch, etc..). Angular JS (Version 9+) Kubernetes, Docker or Openshift REST and SOAP service development (Jersey). Oracle, PL/SQL, other database technologies. Distributed source control systems such as Git. Gradle or similar build automation tools. jUnit and mocking frameworks.
