Role : Desktop Support Location : Wilmington, MA(3days/week) Interview : Video Duration : 3 months+ Windows 10 Mobile support Tier 2 support 3 month contract could be longer Handheld devices support The ETS Administrator is responsible for supporting both all PCs, Laptops, Tablets and mobile devices at UniFirst. The ETS Administrator will support the applications on these devices and provide troubleshooting to resolve any issue. Problems and Challenges The ETS Administrator will be responsible for all desktop OS devices and mobile devices. They will be required to provide strong customer services while diagnosing and repairing all hardware and application issues residing on these devices. This position will need to have a strong back ground with mobile devices and the Android Operating System. Essential Position Functions Principal Accountabilities 1. Support the Applications, Hardware and OS for all Desktops. Laptops, Tablets and mobile devices. This support is done 95% remote. 2. Strong knowledge of Mobile Devices and the Android OS. 3. Knowledge of MDM administration tools like VMWares Work Space One or comparable tools. 4. Provide strong internal customer support to UniFirst Team Partners while remotely diagnosing issues. 5. Diagnose and resolve all issues on Desktops. Laptops, Tablets and mobile devices. 6. Maintain Images for all devices. 7. Setup and Installation of all Desktops. Laptops, Tablets and mobile devices. 8. Travel to UniFirst locations in North America to upgrade computer equipment (25% travel) Position Requirements 1. 1-2 Years working in a Service Desk or Desktop Admin position. 2. Experience working with diagnosing issues on PCs. 3. Experience with MDM Solutions. 4. Strong focus Customer Service and Satisfaction. 5. Strong Verbal and Written Communications Skills. 6. Ability to diagnose technical issues with remote users over the phone. 7. 1+ Years working in a business environment as part of a team. 8. Ability to travel up to 25%.
