Job Title: UX - Product Designer Location: Charlotte, NC (100% On-Site) Duration: 06-12+ Months Contract Description: UX - Product Designer Product Designer: 3-5 years exp. Will be supporting lead designer in modernization effort. Must have: Design, Proof of concepts, high fidelity wires, Figma, Adobe, nice to have retail, supply chain, or big data/visualization projects. Good communication/presentation skills. Think outside the box. Knowledge of databases and how they work would be good. Illustrator. Strictly design side. Understanding UX and have a good sketches, wire frames, process flows .see a portfolio. Good attitude is extremely important for collaboration. Inventory, Replenishment and Planning focus. Degree not necessary but if they have general assembly or google ux course they will have more weight to them. Hybrid: South end office 2x wk. Will have a parking pass. Contract but very likely could flip to C2H. Interview: 30 mins with mgr for culture fit value added, then 1 hour with lead designer with technical q s how to s. Would be nice if they could do in-person, usually at nearby caf if they can make it work, but could be virtual if she is too busy.
