Provide Tier 2, Tier 3, Tier 4 advanced technical support and guidance as required to assist network enterprise clients and third-party business partners in formulating network design solutions and services for business-to-business integration and connectivity needs. Provide support for Boundary Platform Services, Network Operations Center and ITaaS (IT as a Service) Architecture, Design and Operational Support. Facilitate the execution of Tier 2, 3 & 4 network hardware engineering, design, and software life-cycle management policies and procedures to meet business needs and ensure compliance with CUSTOMERS acquisition and asset management best-practices. Maintain processes, procedures and standards for the operation of effective data networks, specific to Multi-Vendor LAN/WAN (IP WAN, MPLS, ADI Circuits), Hybrid Colocation, CUSTOMERS VPN (IPSEC Site to Site with Fortinet Fort iGATE Firewalls and Cisco ASA Remote Access Cisco Any connect), Perform Configuration, Design, Implementation, Configuration, Operational support and third-party network integration and service management for Enterprise, Data Center Switching fabric, Enterprise Remote Access Solution, Enterprise and Public Cloud Fort iGATE Firewall, Load Balancers (F5 BigIP and UltraDNS), Advanced Routing, Data Center Switching, Arista and Meraki Python SDK Programmability and Automation, Security. Assist in monitoring the execution of carrier service level agreements for all CUSTOMERS network service contracts. Support major network infrastructure projects, solutions and upgrades within the enterprise infrastructure WAN/ SD-WAN, Switches: Arista, Cisco, Meraki, Cisco ASA, Cisco Any connect, ASDM, Tripplite UPS, F5 BigIP (LTM, DNS), Fortinet Fort iGATE, Gig Amon, Source Fire (Cisco Firepower/ Sourcefire). Maintain knowledge of current trends and developments and provide recommendations to IT Operations management on network technologies and issues to build better solutions that support and drive business decisions. Provide support for VPN Concentrator Cisco 5585-X SSP-20 and Fortinet Firewalls, Site to Site VPN and SSL VPN tunnels. Provide Tier 2 Tier 3 and above advanced support for Cisco wireless infrastructure, including Meraki access points, Wireless LAN Controller (WLC), Radius Server Microsoft NPS Deployment, Operations, and Meraki Dashboard Management.
