 Lead e-Commerce - Manhattan MAO Order Management System Payment Services Gateway /PSG

Location: Remote MST hours

       Should have experience in carrying out all QA cycles like System, Integration, regression, etc. for Order orchestration and Order Management, fulfillment Journey:

             5 7 years of relevant experiences:  eCommerce, Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) - a plus, Order Management, Payment Service Gateway.

             Depth knowledge of developing functional, integration and manual test cases around payments /payment service gateways integration with Manhattan (MAO). Covering all possible combinations for available tender types.

             Depth knowledge of developing functional, integration and manual test cases for fulfillment journey covering order create, refunds, returns, partial returns, store returns, BOPIS scenarios.

             Depth knowledge of fulfillment integrations with downstream and upstream systems and developing integration/functional/manual test cases around it.

             Should have knowledge of executing integration test cycle using Agile methodologies.

             Knowledge of Agile methodologies, and Agile tools like confluence and Jira.

             Should have experience in leading QA team at onshore and offshore in the fulfillment domain on Manhattan (MAO).

             Excellent client handling and team skills are must of this position.

             Knowledge of the concepts of Order Management, Shopping Cart, Catalog, price, and promotions.

             Business Knowledge: eCommerce experience is a must.  Retail domain experience is a plus.

             Excellent written and verbal communication skills in support of client-facing role.
