Ability to lead execution of work and resolve issues ina team environment. o Proficientwith using ticketing and work management solutions to collaborate on technicalprojects by creating issues, tasks, and stories and by organizing work withKanban, with sprints or another widely published Agile system. o Demonstratedcritical thinking skills, ability to work methodically and analytically in aproblem-solving environment. Bachelor's degree in computer science, managementinformation systems or related field. Minimum 10 years experience. Delivery of complex software solutionsconsistently on time with little to no errors. Able to perform IT work or leads a team toperform work. Good communication with team and customer.
