Some key objectives include improving the technicalcapabilities for Data Volume Management (DVM), aligning business requirementsto technical solutions, ensuring compliance to corporate standards, maintainingexisting operations and routine management reporting. Key accountabilities areas follows: Key Accountabilities Manage all aspects of archiving project implementationfrom requirements gathering to post go-live activities adhering to PepsiCosdefined methodology. (KEY) Design, develop and Implement SAP ILM with GDPR for alldeployments including processes and ways of working (KEY) Provide governance and guidance on the document attachmentfocusing on DMS (KEY) Ensure the continuous improvement of the DVM strategy forPGT (S4 HANA, eHANA, MDG, EWM, CRM/TPM/BW, SAP cloud apps) (KEY) Provide governance and guidance on migration and conversionof ADK to ILM if required (KEY) Communicates project status to all stakeholders. (KEY) Monitors project execution to identify obstacles anddeviations from plan and takes corrective action as needed. (KEY) Lead and coordinate configuration and implementation ofarchiving objects within the project scope according to signed off userrequirements. (KEY) Conducts continuous risk assessment and management andincludes measures to reduce risk in daily project management activities. Create & update project solution documents (FSDs,diagrams, test plans, etc.) Work with ABAP resources to align technical specificationsto functional requirements. Ensure required systems validation standards with regardsto design and test specifications are met. Performs closing activities, including formal review andsign-offs with business stakeholders. Report on database growth, growth forecast and trendingand be able to provide the IT group recommendation and guidance on managingdata volume Minimum 12 years SAP Archiving, ILM and DaRTimplementation experience in ECC, BW, CRM, SRM and SCM Must have at least 10 completed full implementation lifecycle for SAP Data Archiving (i.e. blueprint to sustain for multiple archiveobjects) Understands flow of business processes and supporting ITinfrastructure (idocs, workflows, data exchange, interfaces) Hands-on experience with managing Content Servers or anyother Imaging solution (i.e. PBS PCL, IXOS, Filenet, Documentum, etc); PBS PCLand/or OpenText xECM experience is preferred Experience implementing and sustaining PBS Add-On is preferred Strong analytical skills Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, Word,PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)\\ Knowledge and experience in following tools, disciplinesand processes are nice to have: SAP Solution Manager, SAP Charm, ITIL tools& processes, HP Service Manager, HP Quality Center, project implementationand production support experience Keywords: sfour information technology golang business works hewlett packard http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=397119&uid= |
