Oracle modules for finance, project/grants accounting, procurement, budgeting and reporting activities are in scope for Aggie Enterprise. Under the general direction of the Manager of Office of Business Transformation, the Aggie Enterprise CCT Manager works with high degree of independence, in alignment with the Aggie Enterprise Governance group, and in coordination with the Project Management Office, and once in production, the Aggie Enterprise Service Delivery team. The Change Management, Communications and Training Manager will identify the appropriate training strategies and activities required to achieve desired learning outcomes and leverage change management principles to support end-user adoption. Initially focused on providing education to support new processes and change management efforts for the implementation of the new enterprise financial system, this position will also be responsible for ongoing change management, communication and training support once the system is in production. The incumbent will identify training needs, develop and/or modify training content and deliver a variety of complex training programs and materials to staff and academic employees using a blended training approach to include Instructor-Led Training, Training Labs, Job-aids, e-Learnings (LMS), webinars, guided learning, etc. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Training and Development, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education/experience) Must have experience with Oracle Cloud Financials ERP training development experience Must have organizational change management, project coordination/management, and people management experience Experience to integrate multimedia into web-based courses and familiarity with tools used to produce web-based materials Demonstrated success training adult learners through a variety of methods (e.g. instructor-led, seminars, workshops, webinars and e-Learning) Master of oral, written, presentation and facilitation skills; ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, including senior internal and external personnel, and influence diverse audiences to move toward a common vision or goal. Experience with training programs designed to support enterprise system implementations Advanced technical skills related to learning management systems, multimedia design, assessment systems, communication tools, streaming media platforms, and multimedia applications. Knowledge of financial, accounting, budgeting and procurement principles Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.
