Role : Workday Project Manager Location : Fort Lauderdale,FL(Onsite 3 days per week Interview : Video Duration : 12-18 Months+ Senior PM with HRIS system workday - preference for workday implementation. * Multimillion dollar budget - estimating, forecasting, and tracking skills are a must. * Multiple PM's working together on different pieces. * Collaborative environment, this will be heavily hit on in the interview process. * Reports all the way to C suite. Status report, risk management and mitigation. Comm skills are very important. * Personality: Roll up your sleeves and get in there project plans or even taking notes. * This candidate will be involved in QA through user testing. Not really a hitting keys candidate but needs to be able to if something happens. * HCM suite - includes payroll. * Migrating from a hodgepodge- ADP for payroll - icims for recruiting, home grown systems too * Doesn't have to be super technical but need to speak technology. Notes from the HM: Must have experience with workday payroll module core of what we want is a PM that has led large projects in the past, and has excellent budgetary skills JD: Primary Job Responsibilities: * Adheres to established project management processes and Agile methodologies for the Technology community. * Run agile ceremonies (e.g. daily standup, sprint planning, grooming, sprint reviews, scrum-of-scrum) * Work with stakeholders to maintain a healthy backlog * Identify and track cross-team and vendor dependencies to ensure they are resolved on a timely basis * Makes decisions and takes timely independent actions in pursuit of project priorities. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business goals. * Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments. * Manage resource demand, budget, timelines, and escalate issues. * Monitor work progress and effectively manage key project milestones. * Manage and communicate risks and impact to scope, budget, and resources. * Reports project status, timely and effectively, using escalation, issue resolution and effective communication. * Understand the product and organizational impact by partnering with Stakeholders, Business Analysts and Product Owners. * Identify and manage Operational changes required based on project deliverables. * Manage project change requests impacting scope, time and budget. * Motivate and drive for results that promote team collaboration and a positive "can do" attitude. * Manage Vendor implementations. Minimum Qualifications: * 5 + years of work experience managing IT projects that spans across multiple teams and vendors * Prior experience on a WorkDay implementation * Results-oriented team player, * Experienced in collaborating Executive Leadership and Senior Management. * Experience with Project Management Tools such as PPM Pro, MS Project, Visio, Jira, MS Office, SharePoint, etc. * Maintains Positive Attitude in a fast-paced work environment. * Excellent people skills and communication skills. * Experience with Agile (scrum and/or Kanban) methodology.
