Location: -Raleigh, NC hybrid 3 days. local only Visa: - All but no H1B/CPT Responsibilities: Implementation of a new ERP solution Quickly ascertain the clients needs based on capabilities, then develop detailed strategies clearly outlining the required steps, and project timelines necessary to achieve the desired outcomes Creation of reporting for executive management, adhering to strict timelines for completion Skills and Knowledge: Project management experience that meets the needs of a large complex entity ERP project management experience Higher education and/or government experience and business process knowledge Experience implementing ERP solutions Experienced and successful at project planning, controlling, and closing Effective stakeholder coordination and consensus building Efficient constraint resolution Productive agency and executive communication and negotiation skills Full lifecycle project oversight Staff supervision and training Project implementation meets intended requirements and specifications Project implementation meets operational needs of users and stakeholders Must possess proven ERP consultation experience Required Skills: 1 Year - Experience with Ellucian, Banner, or Colleague 7 Years - Project management experience that meets the needs of a large, complex entity 7 Years - ERP project management experience 7 Years - Higher education and/or government experience and business process knowledge 7 Years - Experience implementing ERP solutions 7 Years - Experienced and successful at project planning, controlling and closing 7 Years - Effective stakeholder coordination and consensus building 7 Years - Efficient constraint resolution 7 Years - Productive agency and executive communication and negotiation skills 7 Years - Full lifecycle project oversight 7 Years - Staff supervision and training 7 Years - Project implementation meets intended requirements and specifications 7 Years - Project implementation meets operational needs of users and stakeholders Desired Skills: Higher education and government experience highly desired.
