Title: Senior Business Analyst with Insurance (10+ Years) Location: New York city (4 days remote & 1 day onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: Manager Notes: P&C (Property & Casualty) Domain Experience - Mandatory for the requirement Basic Finance and Accounting (Resource just with Guidewire or underwriting experience in P&C is not enough). Nice to have P&C Reinsurance accounting experience. Nice to have P&C Domain with Actuarial Domain experience. Candidate must be flexible/adaptable to work in Challenging environment. Role requires, Business Analyst & Data Analyst and coordination with large team. Strong in verbal and written communication Basic understanding in Policy and claims Good at UI/front end and basic knowledge on data analysis Skills: 1. 10+ Years of Experience as Business Analyst 2. Strong Domain Knowledge - Property and Casualty Insurance, 3. Demonstrate Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill 4. Experience in Business Writing, Business Process Flow, Business Process Modeling, Business Analysis, Data analysis, Data Mapping, Data Modeling, and testing various methodologies . 5. Strong in written and verbal communication 6. Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business 7. Understanding of Insurance business processes. 8. Strong understanding of project life cycle and SDLC methodologies Roles and responsibilities: Should be able to follow industry best processes Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and Quality of work A focus on high quality deliverables and meeting deadlines. Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums. Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment. A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges. Should be aggressive in making decisions. Should have very good communication. Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction Education qualification: Graduate B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M.
