Title: Technical Analyst Location: Initially Remote (but must be in Vienna, VA) Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: This technical position will work closely with a Product Owner to manage technologies that support the organizations administrative services functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping internal customers shift from a project model to a product model and to adapt Agile ways of working. Collaborating with business-side stakeholders to understand and address their needs Partnering with IT stakeholders to deliver enhanced functionalities to existing services or processes or to investigate new opportunities to deliver products that meet business goals Working with developers and architects to research and recommend innovative solutions for enterprise challenges Participating in software testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation Recommending improvements to existing processes when identified Participating in projects including contributing to project plans, assigning tasks, monitoring statuses, coordinating efforts, validating team recommendations, integrating efforts into a comprehensive strategy, and delivering results on time. Participation in Scrums and possibly provide support with Sprints in a Scrum Master capacity. Additional responsibilities to support Technical Product Owner with project management tasks.
