Must have Azure DevOps as a product owner / BA / or Scrum for dashboard work. This is not a Devops engineer so please dont send. Top Skills' Details 1.) 10+ years of total professional experience, can be a combo of BA, Scrum, and Product Owner roles. 2.) 5+ years experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, creating work items, dashboards, and running queries. Tool was formerly known as VSTS or TFS. (rebrand happened in 2018) 3.) Demonstrated agile experience. Must have at least one Agile certification (PMI, PMP, or POMP preferred, other options.. SAFe POMP, PSM, CSM) Job Description The Product Owner will work closely with the team lead. Responsible for working with the internal teams at Caterpillar creating high level features and ensuring that project deadlines are being met. High level mgmt of initiatives in the group, downstream impacts to delays, etc... Could be asked to create some user stories or step into run scrum sessions but this is not a FT BA or Scrum master position but will encompass some of those responsibilities. Positions Contributions to Work Group: Coaching team members in agile principles and best practices Hosting and guiding the team(s) daily stand-up meetings Backlog refinement of features, user stories, defects Hosting and coordinating team(s) sprint reveals Hosting and guiding team(s) sprint retrospectives Assisting the Solution Leads/Solution Architects with Feature backlog refinement and prioritization Assisting and removing any roadblocks identified by the sprint team Creating the user stories for the feature that is defined by Solution Lead/Team Lead/Manager Assignment of bugs that the teams need to triage by severity and impact Understanding capacity and resources for programs/quarters Estimating proper delivery dates on the feature Maintaining and updating required/optional fields on Features, user stories, and defects Education & Experience Required: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. PMI or PMP certification preferred. 10+ years of experience required. Technical Skills The individual must be able to do the following: Must have at least 5+ years exp with Azure Devops listed Create work items in Microsoft Azure DevOps Create Dashboards in Microsoft Azure DevOps Create Queries in Microsoft Azure DevOps Must have at least one Agile role certification Use Excel for pivot tables, burn down charts, data analysis, reporting, data forecasting Properly create presentations for senior leadership pertaining to program statistics, health, work load, target dates, etc. Soft Skills Excellent written and verbal skills. Must be able communicate program(s) to sprint team, working team, and leadership team.
