Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed IT solution. Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations; incorporate security requirements into design; and provide input to information/data flow, and understand and comply with Project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning steps. Recommend and Implement IIB, Data Power, and WMQ best practices for implementing integrations using the IIB integration platform. GOOD TO HAVE: Experience with other Integration products Experience in integrating other ERPs and packaged products using the IBM Integration Bus platform. Detailed knowledge of IBM MQ and IBM Websphere Message Broker 8 or IIB implementation experience Audit, Exception Monitoring Websphere Message Broker/Websphere MQ experience Nice to have IIB Administration skills, IIB certification, and JAVA, J2EE background. Experience with WebSphere Adapters, patterns, ESQL, DFDL, XML, XSLT mapping, and usage of SOAP, HTTP and JMS protocols RESPONSIBILITIES: Define technical architecture and solutions for the Enterprise Integration platform. Define detailed solution design for the Integration Platform Define IBM Integration Bus foundational framework monitoring, Auditing Recommend best practices for all integrations using the IBM Integration Bus platform. Document the detailed application specifications, translate technical requirements into programmed application modules, and develop/enhance software application modules.
