We have an immediate requirement for the position, the details are as follows. 

 Job Title Tools SME/ JIRA IT Service management admin

Job Location: Remote

Duration 12+ Months with the possibility of extension.

NO CPT & TN (Passport Number is Mandatory)

Mandatory:8+ yrs. exp 

Job Description:  

Role: Tools SME

Required Technical Skill Set: JIRA IT Service management admin/SME

Desired Experience Range:3-8 years.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioural Competency):

Experience with the installation and configuration of the version of JIRA IT Service management tool.
Experience in JIRA IT Service management/ CMDB implementation and configuration if ITIL including workflows.
Experience with on-premises/Cloud service architecture, database structure, and frameworks.
 Experience with the migration of content during equivalent upgrades.
 Experience in customization of tool e.g., API calls and custom field mappings.
 Define, compile, and customize reporting metrics experience.
Respond to support inquiries with a sense of urgency. 
Adhere to defined processes and procedures.
 Knowledge of ITIL Process

Good-to-Have:

Exposure to Windows/Linux/Unix command line tools.
Working Knowledge/ experience of OS, Storage & Backup areas.

 Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

Responsible for implementation & Support for JIRA IT Service management & CMDB implementation and configuration as per the ITIL standards
Act as the SME/SPOC for JIRA IT Service Management tool.
Assess & implement new customize requirements as needed.
Provide day to day JIRA IT Service Management tool operational support activities.
Assist in strategic planning initiatives for Enterprise JIRA IT Service Management & CMDB activities.
Serve as the technical support resource for ant JIRA IT Service Management & CMDB Activities.
