There is layer(either prime vendor or implementation partner) between me and End client. -------- JOB DESCRIPTION : Role: Linux Systems Engineer III 6 month contract with likely extensions beyond Orlando, Florida Hybrid, with Remote Possibility Visa: No H1B, CPT. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree and 4 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree. Preferred Qualifications: Technical knowledge or experience: Linux Certifications or equivalent experience. General experience with High Performance Computing clusters. Scripting languages such as Python. Infrastructure as code tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform). Version control systems (e.g. Github, Gitlab). Ability to create and maintain effective documentation. Soft skills: Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally. Ability to collaborate and coordinate technically complex efforts across teams.
