Location: (Must live within3 hours of downtown Harrisburg, PA) Duration: 6 months Work Authorization: No H1B/CPT MOI: Skype MUST HAVE: Candidates must have a PMP Certificate and 5 years experience working within a PMO. Experience with implementations, Service Now, ITSM, JIRA, and SAP Excellent communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities Manages and coordinates the activities of internal and/or external staff involved in multiple IT projects of varying complexity. Demonstrated proficiency utilizing Service Now. Develops and maintains project plans and other artefacts as required using established project management standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies. Coordinates with business owners and other analysts to define and refine the project scope. Performs project management duties throughout the entire project lifecycle, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing. Conducts lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement. Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
