Individual will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all phases of the project life-cycle, including requirements gathering and analysis, budgeting and planning, design, development, testing, and implementation. Position will manage teams of employees and contractors on Data Analytics projects and be responsible for all project deliverables, budget, and schedule. An ideal candidate will have prior experience as a hands on data analytics developer and strong technical knowledge. Candidate must have strong communication skills and be comfortable working with customers, management, technical staff and external vendors. This position will be responsible for the use of best practices in project management methodologies. Roles and Responsibilities: Accountability for overseeing and coordinating the entire life cycle of assigned projects (requirements gathering and analysis, budgeting and planning, design, development, testing, and implementation) Demonstrated experience in managing programs or complex projects involving multiple projects and oversight of multiple resources Experience with development and reporting of project status, issues and project financial analysis Ability to hold team members accountable, set clear performance standards, resolve performance issues, keep team engaged and on task Manage project teams to deliver highly visible strategic solutions for our clients Manage all aspects of project lifecycle delivery from initiation through close-out and transition Build key relationships with client managers and executives Drive strategic decisions and discussions around project priorities Mitigate risk, proactively work project issues Excellent organization, communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills Provide status updates to as warranted, once per week minimum Present project status updates to IT Executive Steering Committee as requested Dedicated to exemplary customer service Skill Requirements: Strong written, communication, facilitation and presentation skills Manage build of Analytics Data Stores Segmentation, Customer Genome Multi-Channel Attribution and Media Mi Optimization Manage Build of Reporting Data Store BI Tools, Dashboards and Self Service Reports Track record of success guiding and leading project teams to success Skilled in all aspects of the project management lifecycle and critical processes Project Initiation Planning Work Breakdown and Scheduling Resource management Budget management Communication and collaboration Risk and Issue management Performance measurement Transparent reporting Project Close-out and Transition Excellent oral and written communication skills Qualifications: Minimum five years' experience in Project Management Minimum five plus years experience with Data Analytics Retail experience preferred Excels at operating in a fast paced technical environment using technologies such as SAS, MicroStrategy, Tableau, etc. 4 year degree required Masters preferred Thanks.
