Collaborates with the CCWIS project team, both functional and technical, to manage the product functional development of the solution. c. Works collaboratively with the CCWIS system integrator vendor. d. Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including reporting/analytics, design/user experience, IT, and user enablement. e. Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks. f. Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization. g. Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap. h. Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. i. Works with testing teams to verify adherence to user stories, acceptance criteria, and meeting functional objectives. j. Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders. k. Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology teams and providing value to stakeholder beneficiaries of the solution. Education and Certifications: The candidates education requirements: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
