Interview Process: Candidates will have to do quick video call with me (I need to take a screen shot of the call for the submittal) Then if our internal team likes them they do a 1 hour tech screen with our team. If they pass that they go to a final interview with Takeda. Statistical Programmers Must have pharma experience. If they have phase 4 experience it is highly desirable but not required. Oncology experience is also a plus. The Statistical programmer will be technically focused working directly with the client's project team members to produce project deliverables. The experience requirements are at least three (3) to five (5) years SAS programming within the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry. Good communication skills are required especially around technical and project team issues. BS degree in a computer science, statistical, or science related field is a minimum requirement The expectation is that the Stat Programmer would be hands on programming 100% of his/her time on tables, listings, figures, and SAS datasets.
