This role belongs to the **Engineering** role track and contributes towards the community charter of delivering. Key responsibility areas of this role are: Understand customer business processes & transactions Define non-functional requirements, SLI/SLO & Review/Assess application architecture/design. Lead resilience & reliability engineering projects delivery. Review analysis findings & solution recommendations. Design scenario to troubleshoot resilience & reliability issues in production. Provide recommendations to optimize applications & solve issues. Improve R2 service maturity & capabilities of team.. NFR & SLx Management: Define SLI/SLO at endpoint level and component level. Enterprise Architecture: Review the solution, database and infrastructure/deployment architecture in performance, scalability, reliability, resilience and capacity standpoint and provide solution to meet service objectives. Conduct Fault Vulnerability Analysis to identify lapses in addressing business resilience and provide solutions. Implement Observability solution and infuse elements of observability into enterprise architecture through configuration.
