These solutions will enable the workforce to collaborate in a hybrid work environment. This technical position is expected to apply an engineering mindset to system administration and design topics elevating the availability, reliability, and security of solutions while reducing operational costs. Requirements:- Specific solutions include: Video Conferencing (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco) Audio/Visual Control (Crestron, Logitech) Digital Signage and CMS (Christie, WebDT, YCD, Chromebox) Specific responsibilities include: Implement enterprise monitoring solution for global footprint of AV and VC devices. Optimize audio visual and video conferencing solutions for peak performance. Contribute to the technical design, implementation, and operation of conferencing solutions with an emphasis on Microsoft Teams Rooms architecture, security, and automated provisioning. Participate in the reliability engineering center of excellence including the creation of standard Artifacts, best practices, and learning plans. Participate as a standing member of the engineering review board to evaluate trade studies, approve solution designs, and maintain the overall conferencing services system architecture. Participate in the weekly agile process to resolve technical impediments and assist in user story definition and sizing. Research new technologies to improve the conferencing experience. Install, configure & maintain TMS Management systems (Telepresence management system). Desired characteristics include:- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally to stakeholders and engineers. Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships in support of delivering enterprise-wide solutions. Ability to execute within a fast-paced agile process. High attention to detail while balancing multiple projects. Work with Microsoft Teams and Cloud Video Interop solutions.
