(At least 5-10 full SAP Data Migration cycles) Exposure to SAP HANA. Understanding of Structure difference between SAP ECC and S4 HANA Technical Competence Behavioral Attributes Exposure to SAP HANA. Understanding of Structure difference between SAP ECC and S4 HANA Minimum three full migration experience from SAP ECC to S4 HANA Strong experience in SAP Data Services, Information steward, IDOCS, BAPI, LSMW and SAP Migration cockpit Strong working knowledge on SAP BODS Transformations. Knowledge of SAP Information Steward Components like Data Insight and Cleansing, Package Builder to create data quality rules and dictionaries to standardize the data Knowledge of Data Quality, Profiling and Cleansing, Data harmonization Basics of SAP ABAP programming (ability to read code and debug). Experience with ABAP programming to include logic/validations in LSMWs is a plus Knowledge on the SAP and Non-SAP Best Practices for Data Migrations Experience on performance optimizations Should be able to work independently and analyze problems and provide solutions Strong analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation skills, Good consulting skills are a pre-requisite, with business facing consulting capability.
