https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=377473&uid= From: Darshana Sakroo, LiveMindz [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Data Migration Lead SAP S4HANA 2 Required Technical Skill Set Lead data conversion efforts including team activities and deliverables Define detailed data load plans for all objects, sequences, systems, and responsibilities Validate conversion object inventory and establish object definitions in conjunction with data management architecture and practices Review and approve data conversions functional designs and mappings Coordinate with process, legacy, and development teams, to research and resolve defects Work with project management to integrate data conversion into Cutover rehearsal and actual production Cutover 3 Desired Experience Range 7 + years(approx.) experience in Data Migrations for S4 Implementation projects 4 Domain expertise in Data Migration in SAP S4HANA implementations Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Typical Profile/ Desired Experience in CV 7 + years experience in Data migration project is a MUST with a lead role. (At least 5-10 full SAP Data Migration cycles) Exposure to SAP HANA. Understanding of Structure difference between SAP ECC and S4 HANA Technical Competence Behavioral Attributes Exposure to SAP HANA. Understanding of Structure difference between SAP ECC and S4 HANA Minimum three full migration experience from SAP ECC to S4 HANA Strong experience in SAP Data Services, Information steward, IDOCS, BAPI, LSMW and SAP Migration cockpit Strong working knowledge on SAP BODS Transformations. Knowledge of SAP Information Steward Components like Data Insight and Cleansing, Package Builder to create data quality rules and dictionaries to standardize the data Knowledge of Data Quality, Profiling and Cleansing, Data harmonization Basics of SAP ABAP programming (ability to read code and debug). Experience with ABAP programming to include logic/validations in LSMWs is a plus Knowledge on the SAP and Non-SAP Best Practices for Data Migrations Experience on performance optimizations Should be able to work independently and analyze problems and provide solutions Strong analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation skills, Good consulting skills are a pre-requisite, with business facing consulting capability.
