Excellent Communication Skills Detailed Job Description: Overall 6-8 years of SAP experience with minimum 4-5 years leading SAP BPC projects. Prior experience in full implementation of BPC Net weaver 7.5/10.0 or 10.1 versions. Have strong experience in Finance core processes, Planning, Consolidation and Reporting. Experience in designing, modeling and architecting a Planning application in BPC. Ability to build data interfaces, planning, budgeting, consolidation models and build reconciliation reports. Must have experience in extracting master data and transactional data from SAP ECC, SAP BW and other Data Warehousing systems. Most have experience in reporting tools like EPM and Analysis for office Must possess in-depth knowledge of Planning cycle (Top Down, Bottoms Up planning), Rolling forecasts, Budgeting, month-end and year-end BPC process. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new areas, focus on building relationships with business partners and be comfortable managing large teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations creation/delivery and meeting facilitation and an ability to drive consensus with key constituents. Prior SAP project leadership experience, strong organizational skills, prioritize work effectively, and coordinate multiple projects in parallel.
