Role - Business Analyts with account reconciliation Onsite - Tempe (AZ), Charlotte (NC), Jersey City (NJ) Contract Current State Analysis Analyzing/documenting current state/future state of source data, overall process and workflow, and metrics of current reconciliation; inclusive of OVS, ACBS, and IntelliMatch. Loan Wash Account Reconciliation Day to day support of the backlog and current loan wash account reconciliation remediation. Process Improvement Identify and devise plan of potential efficiencies of direct and indirect processes impacting the automated reconciliation process. Provide bucketed break reason codes of existing backlog and current breaks to help prioritize remediation. Reporting Provide regular executive-level metrics and status updates. Ad -hoc Loan Admin tasks such as; advances, payments, payoffs, rate changes, rate rollovers, file maintenance, letter of credit servicing, fx servicing, notices and loan research.
