Good appreciation towards embedded development processes, verification and deployment experience is desired. Very good Communication skills with front end experience. Expertise of understanding 13485 process and SW development or verification experience based on IEC62304 Must have good experience handling cross functional teams, onsite-offshore model. Should have handled a 30-50 member team on an onsite-offshore model. Albe to lead R&D team (Onsite & Offshore) and exhibit leadership qualities to own and drive the program.
