The Enterprise Service Platform (ESP team) provides service management solutions for our internal customers as well as value-added integrations, insights and intelligence using the ServiceNow (NOW) platform. We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer who is proficient in managing ServiceNow platform within a FedRAMp certified / government data center. This position is responsible for creating code to solve issues, remediating bugs, reviewing other developers code, testing, and enabling new digitized functionality within ServiceNow by creating or modifying workflows. To be successful, one should have prior experience as a Software Developer with significant NOW experience. Client employs a Scaled Agile / DevOps environment to deliver improvements and fixes to the platform, so experience with this working model is a plus. You will be working with Architects, Product Owners, other Developers, vendors, stakeholders and Process Owners to deliver highly scalable and integrated solutions for NOW. Candidates must meet the minimum requirements outlined. Hands on day-to-day management of a FedRAMP instance of ServiceNow, including managing major releases and patches, managing the SDLC release processes and implementing code into the platform to solve ever-changing needs. This environment consists of prod/stage/dev instances within NOWs Government Data Center environment. Experience with domain separation within ServiceNow Experience with ITOM basic functionality, such as managing CMDB ingestion through discovery or manual processes Experience with ITSM basic functionality, such as Incident and Change Management Experience with Vulnerability Management module is a strong plus, although not required. The correct candidate would be required to learn Vulnerability Management if not already proficient Minimum Requirements: (Must have Qualifications) Citizenship requirements as they relate to FedRAMP / US Government data centers would apply A basic understanding of Database architecture and technologies Experience with ITSM, ITOM (CMDB and Discovery) modules of ServiceNow (required) Experience with Vulnerability Management Exposure to other NOW modules and the NOW platform itself (preferred) Minimum 5 years of coding, testing and implementing ServiceNow as a technical resource Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Java etc) and working in a SaaS environment. Demonstrated ability to influence and consult to garner the best step forward Regarded as a thought leader in solving technical problems or process components Demonstrated interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity in a global team.
