Location: - Remote Visa: - All but no H1B/OPT/CPT Job Overview: Minimum of three years of supporting the 11.1.2.4 Hyperion Planning Environment including SmartView. Minimum of two years training users preferably in the EPM space and on SmartView Strong technical analytic skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues across the complex architecture of Hyperion systems. Work with the Sr. Hyperion Administrator to support the 11.1.2.4 Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM, Hyperion) Planning suite to provide user support Will be responsible for training users and holding open forums during budget cycle Job Qualifications: Experienced with EPM Planning 11.1.2.4 Excellent written and oral communication skills to develop/modify training materials and conduct training. Very high attention to detail and accuracy with the commitment to working with high-profile end users and central Budget Office. Strong technical analytic skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues across the complex architecture of Hyperion systems.
