This effort will require coordination across various Digital Technical Development teams, Informatics Development teams, Digital Manufacturing/QC teams and multiple vendors. The projects are focused on improving technology, creating automated technology, and revamping what is currently in place. The ideal candidate will have Agile Project Management experience and can manage multiple stakeholders at a given time. On a day to day, the PM will manage relationships with the software vendors and technical teams. The individual will be responsible for organizing and directing the completion of projects, while ensuring that the projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. Overall, this role presents an exciting opportunity to work on a team that develops new capabilities at a well-known biotechnology company. We are looking for a talented, experienced Technical Program Manager to ensure that our efforts remain on schedule and are delivered to our stakeholders in a meaningful way. It is important that the PM has a strong technical background with an understanding of automation,ISA88/95 standards, digital systems and modern cloud-based systems, strong program management skills to track work, coordinate with solution architects, engineers and communicate to stakeholders. Must Haves: 7+ years project management experience within a pharmaceutical company 7+ years experience in control systems (DCS/SCADA/PLC), LAB systems (CDS/LIMS/SDMS Experience working with Tableau, Power BI, or other business analytics tools Strong personal skills to influence without authority within a highly technical environment Plusses: Data or System Integrations, Industry 4.0, SaaS, and Cloud experience Ideally PMP Certification preferred.
