[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description Title:: QA Lead Location::Riverside, CA - hybrid-local MOI:: Phone/Skype Interview Duration:: 6+ months Visa:: GC, USC Description Skills and Qualifications: Senior resource with 5-7+ years of experience leading multiple ERP systems testing efforts Some prior experience working with state or local governments and municipal agency clients Previous experience with managing testing of the following ERP modules: General Ledger Fixed Assets Billing and Accounts Receivable Cashiering Accounts Payable Reporting Procurement Analytics Previous experience managing a QA workstream that included an ERP Vendor Implementation Team or System Integrator Proven ability to lead testing effort from the client side Familiarity with automated (e.g., ) and manual (e.g., ) testing concepts and tools Demonstrated experience leading Conference Room Pilot, System Integration, User Acceptance, and other testing phases Expertise with methodical testing methods Ability to read and interpret ERP functional and technical requirements Exposure to both agile and waterfall system development methodologies Ability to develop testing programs, plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts from scratch Strong organizational skills and experience handling and prioritizing multiple tasks Experience contributing to project success both independently and in team-based environments Experience with multiple relational database management systems (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle, Expert knowledge of MS Office 365 (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., MS SharePoint, Teams, Jira, Confluence, or similar) Experience with conferencing systems (e.g., MS Teams, GoTo Meeting, Zoom, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication skills Associates or Bachelors Degree in computer science, information systems or related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) Nice to have skills and experience: Specific experience with Lawson or Infor CloudSuite Financials ERP systems Skills/ Must-haves: *Experience with Conference Room Pilot Testing, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing *Strong QA Background *Ability to create test scripts and test tracking templates in Microsoft Excel. *Manual testing experience *Client facing experience and vendor management skills *Strong Project Management skills *Willing to take someone who is slightly more junior in their career as long as they have the right go-getter attitude *Someone who can work well with others (PMO type environment) *Experience working with a system with a financial component, preferably an ERP system Additional Skills: *Consulting background *Experience working in the Public Sector *Experience with Infor ERP implementation would be a big plus *Exposure to organizational change management and Pro-Si change management Thanks & Regards Kiran Bhatt|Technical Recruiter Email:[email protected] | Direct : +1 (571)-463-9088 LARGETON INC | 13800 Coppermine Rd, Herndon, VA 20171 Keywords: quality analyst golang green card microsoft California Virginia http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=353464&uid= |
