Title: Linux Engineer Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid & Must be local to Bay Area) Duration: 2+ Years Job Description: MUST HAVE: 1 - 3+ years of system administration experience in Linux environments and proficient in tasks such as scripting At least 2 years of troubleshooting and an escalation point for Linux issues Experience Installing new hardware or migrate existing servers (rack and stack) LinkedIn is always preferred To ensure seamless operation across all components of the Linux Datacenter infrastructure, including installing; configuring, supporting, maintaining, and optimizing hardware and operating systems. The role involves managing and configuring services to operate within a heterogeneous environment of software and hardware vendors and with a hybrid architecture of on premise and cloud hosted solutions..
