Soft team player Must Have's: - 5+ years of PM experience (higher ed PM experience would be the best) - Microsoft office skills - strong organizational skills, task tracking etc. - Coupa (going from SAP to Coupa) - it is important to have someone that is comfortable with technology, coupa is easier to use than SAP, coupa is more user friendly. Plus: - Training experience: not required, but would be great to have. This resource will be coaching and training people, by training I mean walking team members in VPF through the new system (coupa), explaining how to use it and also coach the wider community of MIT on the dos and donts and tricks, will be showing them how to use coupa - Certifications/degree Day to Day: - this resource will be working with MITs vendors, MITs IT team (who also has their own PM), going to be coordinating a lot of the tasks, making sure certain steps are getting done, working with VPF (outside vendors, people across MIT), managing tasks, making sure deliverables are getting done, raising awareness around red flags/issues, there will also be a tax component (need more details on this), helping with the launch plan, so this person will be working with different parties to launch and release material to the larger MIT community, when the resource first starts they will be focusing on the procurement website, supplier search details, working with third parties, working with folks for updates, tracking certain quality assurance tasks, coordinating trainings to internal VPF and external VPF & working with VPFs communications team Keywords: information technology green card Massachusetts http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=347329&uid= |
