The ideal candidate will perform a variety of assignments associated with VMWare systems including but not limited to Horizon, NetApp and Windows Systems administration. The Virtualization Administrator will be responsible for the design, administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance of VMware systems, hosting hardware, storage infrastructure and Microsoft Windows servers. This position requires the ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written correspondence) in a professional and courteous manner with technical and non-technical personnel REQUIRED/DESIRED SKILLS: Managing and implementing projects with Windows System Administrator and Active Directory [REQUIRED 5 years] Implementing projects requiring VMware experience, including vSphere and administration of VMware clusters [REQUIRED 5 years] Experience with enterprise-level virtualization, designing, implementing and maintaining VMware ESXi servers and clusters [REQUIRED 5 years] Previous experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure [REQUIRED 3 years] Experience troubleshooting system level problems including server failure and OS tuning [REQUIRED 3 years] Strong knowledge of storage solutions and how to integrate them on the clusters (SAN/NAS) [REQUIRED 3 years] Knowledge of networking integration into VMware ESXi and hands-on troubleshooting common problems [REQUIRED 3 years] Strong knowledge of MS Windows Server 2012 and newer, Windows 7 and Windows 10 Operating Systems [REQUIRED 3 years] Microsoft Power scripting [REQUIRED 3 years] Experience with VMware DEM [REQUIRED] Experience with capacity planning, monitoring, and maintenance of VMware clusters with VMware Infrastructure/vSphere [REQUIRED] Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, LDAP, SMTP, and TCP/IP networking [REQUIRED] Experience with Cisco UCS and FI [HIGHLY DESIRED] VCP Certification [HIGHLY DESIRED] Bachelors degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science, preferred [NICE TO HAVE] MCSA or MCSE Certification a plus [NICE TO HAVE] AWS experience and or AWS certifications [NICE TO HAVE] Rubrik and or other back up system experience [NICE TO HAVE] Thanks, Devansh Singh Sengar IT Recruiter Source InfoTech Inc., Phone: (609) 7823410 Ext - 122 Email: [email protected] Keywords: information technology microsoft http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=345539&uid= |
