May instructorcoach otherprofessionals. Leadsplanning,teamlearning, and adaptation of processes to ensure thequality ofteamsolutions. Enables acontinuouslearningenvironment,identifying ways to strengthen the team'sunderstandingofAgile/Scrum conceptsand principles as they relate to technicalcapabilities. Builds and appliesmethodologythatsupportsthe integration of changing customer inputs andbusinessconditionsintotechnology-related product development. Recommends to theproductownerandmanagement in the definition and prioritization oftechnology-relatedoutcomes.Identifiestrade-offs between short- and long-termbenefits to drivesharedvision betweenthe team and product owner. Ensures the applicationofagileframeworksto the development process to increaseeffectivenessoftechnology-relatedproduct development or architecture. Leads dailyscrummeetings,iterationreviews, and maintains backlogs. Removesroadblockstotechnology-relatedproduct development or architecture. Applieslearningstoother developmentprojects. Participates in specialprojectsandperformsother duties as assigned. Qualifications Undergraduatedegreeorequivalent combination of training and experiencerequired. ComputerScienceorEngineering experience preferred. Graduate degreepreferred. Minimum of five yearsrelatedworkexperience.Two years of leading large cross-functional teamsonmajororganizationaltechnology projects preferred. Financial Services and technicalexperiencepreferred.
