Job Details: Critical Skills: 5+ years experience as an SAP solution architect (SAP-HANA, SAP-ERP, ABAP platform, SAP-HANA, Fiori) Configuration and customizing experience as per the best practice of SAP, with SAP S/4 experience in a heavily integrated environment. Expert in Business Process Integration with PM, MM, SD, CO, FI & PP, QM modules. Experience with multiple project lifecycle implementations and demonstrated knowledge of best practices for custom developed software implementations at large global, multi-national companies. Knowledge of Interfacing/Integration with systems like Manugistics, Vertex and various other third-party systems. Expertise in implementation project life cycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over and go-live support. Must be familiar with Fiori and its capabilities. Should have knowledge of RICEFWs Proven track record of IT delivery across numerous large SAP projects Co-ordination of activities across multiple IT teams in multiple locations and time zones Knowledge of SAP project management methodology. Strong understanding of stakeholder management, within the business and IT Excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex technical environment. Strong analytical skills and ability to learn independently and have enthusiasm to teach others Demonstrate leadership in general: ability to identify priorities, be decisive, ability to lead strategic topics on a global basis, convince others Responsibilities: Responsible for solution integration for global S/4HANA programs Responsible for identifying the best solution among all available choices to solve the existing business problems by carefully reviewing and analyzing the business, functional, and technical requirements. Describe the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of solution to client stakeholders and Delivery Leadership and project team Serve as liaison to other Implementation workstreams on process and technical integration issues. Work with Technical leads and functional leads to refine end to end business process scenarios to confirm the integration between process areas Provide solution recommendations and help drive resolution of major process and technical build issues within and across process teams, specifically where there is a significant degree of integration Provide full life-cycle project implementation consulting expertise including assessments, blueprinting, system build, testing and go-live stabilization. Prepare and facilitate assessment/blueprint workshops to analyze business requirements. Must be able to explain business reasons for utilizing functionalities and transform them into business SAP best business practice. Prepare summary level presentations and facilitate future state system design and process workshops to obtain client acceptance. Perform in cross-functional and diverse team environments. Participate in program governance Identifying risks and escalating issues on time, to the right stakeholders and mitigating those Participating in review over key project documents like various deliverable templates (FS, TS, Config Specs etc), Requirement Traceability Matrix, Test strategy, Test Plan, cut over plan, hyper-care plan. Take part in Solution related strategic client meetings along with PMO or other functional leads Manage stakeholders (both internal and client based) Timely status reporting over project and escalations, as required.
