Please describe the team the candidate will be working with - how many members 1 support team working with vendors (MSFT/Quisitive) and business team What is the break-down of the teams skill sets (ex: 1 PM 4 Developers etc.) Development team What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) IT Support for recently implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 (SaaS) Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product for Optum Rx Home Infusion. Serve as primary technical point of contact for the application - manage system provisioning, administration, data refresh and maintenance, inclusive for all Dynamics 365 environments. Resolving support tickets, working with business and Ops team in providing solutions to issues raised. System monitoring and raising alerts for unusual performance. Set up war rooms for any P1/P2 issue and coordinating with business, IT and vendor for resolution of the issue. Working with end user in understanding the issue in detail, replicating the issue in lower environment, and updating ticket logs accordingly. Working with business stake holders for requirement gathering of future enhancements and taking part in planning/designing/solutioning sessions with vendor. What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background specific industry experience etc.) What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill) What skills/attributes are preferred (what will set a candidate apart) Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Prior experience of healthcare and application support preferred. Basic knowledge of SQL.
